At maiva & dusk, we strive to provide you with a delightful shopping experience and the perfect outfit. We understand that sometimes, despite your best efforts, the fit or style may not be exactly what you expected. That's why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order at any time before it has entered the shipping process, and will receive a full refund. You will know if it has entered the shipping process if you have received a shipping confirmation email.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@maivaanddusk.com with the subject line "Cancel [ORDER #]". Include your first and last name, address, receipt, product name, and the reason for your cancellation.
Once an order has begun processing, you will have to receive the order and request a return. Please see below for information on returns.
Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@maivaanddusk.com with the subject line "Return [ORDER #]". Please include your first and last name, address, receipt, product name, and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label at your expense, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2608 Great Arbor Way, Union City, CA 94587.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size please contact us at hello@maivaanddusk.com. We will be happy to assist you in selecting the right replacement. Please note that the cost of shipping for your return and replacement will be your responsibility.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@maivaanddusk.com.
