maiva & dusk accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. At this time we accept USD only.

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our customers have an hour window to request a cancellation or make changes. While we will do our very best to accommodate your request during the hour window timeframe, cancellations are not guaranteed. We want to make sure you love what you buy! We offer returns for 15 days on all eligible items and exchanges for 30 days. The cost of shipping for your return and replacement will be your responsibility.
Items must be unworn with all tags attached. Please note as we offer a limited collection, we can't guarantee your desired product will be in stock.
